The location is also great and and house has a very calm and chill environment.We had such a great time. Amazing staff cheerful all the time willing to help never found such nice people as I found in here.
The pool is very beautiful and very sunny all day.the guardian is very welcoming. It has an amazing view and the apartment is spacious and clean. The only con about it is that the parking is too far down, in basement 6 and it's so difficult to get there without scratching your car by the narrow entries.

My stay was not without issues, but how the entire team resolved the issues was just amazing. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. All guests are required to send photo identification or passport copies to the property at least 24 hours before arrival for access and security purposes.
The pool is a dream for a swimmer like me & I loved how professionally handled was the check in & check out. For my super early check out I met Nathan who was a complete professional & gentleman and helped me with everything I needed. Vera Residences are my 1st choice for my next trip to Dubai.

Overall, It was so good and nice to be there. This smoke-free apartment building features free self parking and free WiFi in public areas. The apartment provides a kitchenette with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences like 3 bathrooms and a washing machine. When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more. This beachfront property has a balcony and free private parking.

The building has amazing facilities, supermarkets and restaurants are all around the place, walking distance from the metro station, and the nearby community garden is nice. The place was amazing definitely exceeded our expectations. It was super spacious and we loved the extras they had in the washrooms when we arrived. The host met us in the lobby even after our flight arrived late and was extremely helpful.

It is not a hotel, nor part of any resort or commercial complex. After booking, all of the property’s details, including telephone and address, are provided in your booking confirmation and your account. Nathan is a very polite and professional person, he showed us all the space and how everything works in the house.
I was offered one complimentary cleaning but do you think it can resolve the issue and take away all the stressful situation I've been put into by Deluxe. They settled us in an apartment with broken lock. I would recommend avoid this company at any cost.
