5 mins walk to the beach 2 mins walk to Carfoure supermarket and 2 Min walk to Mini Mart nearby. They can deliver also, but you would need a local Dubai Number. I was offered one complimentary cleaning but do you think it can resolve the issue and take away all the stressful situation I've been put into by Deluxe. They settled us in an apartment with broken lock. I would recommend avoid this company at any cost.

Guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently – there’s no direct link between them. The apartment is in excellent condition, clean and matches the photos. The location is very convenient and close to a metro station. My Relations Officer Saad Anwar was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

But don’t worry, you can find tons of other nearby properties right here. The good, villa was beautiful, and communication was quickly responded, people where friendly and very kind, we got what we were offered and paid for. Generally well kept, great pool and very good position for many things- beach, shops and metro. Just had to cancel our booking due to current situation between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The pool is very beautiful and very sunny all day.the guardian is very welcoming. It has an amazing view and the apartment is spacious and clean. The only con about it is that the parking is too far down, in basement 6 and it's so difficult to get there without scratching your car by the narrow entries.

Ashraf was very helpful and It was very smooth experience during check in and check out. The pool was under renovation during our stay but our hosts were able to quickly arrange an alternative for us.

Dubai Marina suggests a vast majority of apartments for rent to its visitors. Perfect place to be near beach, marina and train/tram networks. The pool was extremely hot although we specifically asked if it would be temp regulated and they informed us that the pool was temp regulated. I paid for an apartment that I could no longer live in, I had to move out and spend the remaining months in Dubai using GuestReady. Their apartments are best maintained and they take customer experience extremely serious.
